The 2026 MCAP Peer Summit is a three-phase experience designed to bring Community Action professionals together across roles, programs, and agencies. From executive leaders to frontline staff, fiscal officers to performance managers, participants gather to learn from their peers, deepen their work, and build meaningful professional community.
More than a traditional conference, this experience is designed to extend impact beyond the event through continued connection and collaboration. Peer groups are guided by experienced facilitators, blending peer learning with expert insight.
